IncSpot Enhancements:

Based on direct feedback from you, our valued customers we've added enhancements to several IncSpot applications that will make your experience with IncSpot more productive:

• We’ve added the ability for you to download Order Results into Word and Excel from Charts by Entity. This functionality was only available from the Charts by Service feature from Order Results on IncSpot but now we’ve added it to Charts by Entity too!
• The My Preferences feature within our Online Ordering application has been modified when the ‘No Preference, ask me every time’ answer is selected for ANY preference question. If you’ve selected this answer for any of your My Preference questions, the Place New Orders (Online Ordering) application will not allow you to submit the order to CSC until you’ve answered the question(s). You’ll see ‘Need More Info’ within the category that requires you to provide an answer to the ‘No Preference, ask me every time’ question.
• CSC has modified the Delaware Status Search functionality to deny CSC Customers from placing orders if they’re not in good standing with the payment of their CSC invoices.

IncSpot Enhancements:

• A new CSC Publication called The 50 State Qualification Handbook can now be ordered from within various IncSpot applications as well as through the Publications area (Order a Book). It can now be ordered from Create a Qualification Project, State & CSC Forms and Procedural Summaries applications when you're obtaining information/forms regarding the qualification of entities.
• The CSC Publication called Delaware Laws Governing Business Entities: Annotations from All State and Federal Courts, Spring 2006 Edition can now be ordered from within various IncSpot applications as well as through the Publications area (Order a Book). It can now be ordered from State & CSC Forms, Packets and Procedural Summaries applications when you've selected Delaware as a target jurisdiction.
• We've provided a link to the Create a Qualification Project application within various IncSpot applications as it relates to qualification filings. This timesaving tool can now be accessed from State & CSC Forms, Packets and Procedural Summaries when you're obtaining information/forms regarding the qualification of for-profit entities.
• We've added our IncSpot System Requirements document and Desktop Setting Information to the bottom of the IncSpot home page so you can use it if you're having difficulties logging into IncSpot. Before this change, it was only available after logging into IncSpot.

RecordsCenter Enhancements:

• A Calendar tab has been added which provides advanced calendaring and tracking of all event details. It is now possible to add events in 5 critical compliance areas: License & Permits, International Compliance, Board Room events, Revenue & Taxation and Jurisdictional Compliance. In addition, clients can set up any customized event and self-enroll to receive timely e-mail reminders.
• Four new entity fields have been added to the entity details page: Annual Meeting Date, Location of Minute Book, Purpose and Client Matter #. This eliminates the need to set up customized fields in these areas.
• We have changed the default view in Preferences to display the Last Name, First for all Officer & Directors. In addition, we have eliminated the Authorized To Sign As column as the default view in all Officer/Director screens. Both preferences can be changed by accessing Admin/ Preferences/ UpDate Wizard.

UCCXpress Enhancements:

Multi-Jurisdictional Search Order Form:

To facilitate placing large UCC orders, UCCXpressSM has added a new Multi-Jurisdictional Search order form. Using this new tool is easy and it allows you to enter a debtor name, include as many debtor names as required, as well as select from the various lien types such as UCC, Federal Tax Lien, State Tax Lien, Judgments, litigation and so forth. UCCXpress new searching feature enables you to generate large search charts quicker than using Microsoft Word or Excel and gives you the ability to download your search results into a Microsoft Excel chart.

FileWatch Filing on Behalf Of Enhancement:

Our FileWatch Filing on Behalf Of enhancement allows our legal customers to collaborate directly with financial institutions who have chosen to use our sister company Diligenz®. As a CSC customer you can now continue to utilize UCCXpress to manage your complex multi-service, or multi-jurisdictional transactions and at the same time be assured that the data required for tracking the expiration of the UCC's is migrated electronically from CSC to the financial institutions portfolio management tool in Diligenz.

Dashboard:

The Dashboard, allows you to limit the number of days criteria for your Quick Search queries, thereby improving the performance of the application by scanning through less records. Furthermore, this feature enables you to reduce or expand your query depending upon your needs.

Forms Express:

When printing a UCC-3 Continuation or Termination document the debtor information will print in box 6 on the UCC-3 form. For amendments that affect a party, the debtor name will still print out in Box 8 on the form.

Electronic Filing:

For the state of Minnesota, users will now be able to include international addresses and jurisdictions of organizations when submitting electronic filing applications.

FileWatch:

When you create a query in FileWatch, you can now download that query into Microsoft Excel to work offline and/or share the query results with others in your organization. Doing so makes managing your portfolio and continuation process even easier than it was before!

FileWatch's Quick Order Form now offers you the opportunity to enter the name of the record owner for fixture filings.

IncSpot Enhancements:

Based on direct feedback from you, our valued customers we've added enhancements to several IncSpot applications that will make your experience with IncSpot more productive:

• We've added a Quick Access menu on the IncSpot home page prior to login that will provide you with direct access to important product and services information that CSC offers. Just click on the 'Search IncSpot Home Page for...' dropdown and select any of the actions listed for immediate access!
  
• IncSpot's Online Ordering application (Place New Orders) has modified its Order Summary Page to automatically adjust to the size of the Entity name. This will reduce the amount of scrolling needed to view all the details of the order.
• We've added a 'Preferences' feature within the Administration section of RecordsCenter - our suite of Registered Agent services! This will allow our customers to default to Officer/Directors by last name and can eliminate the Authorized to Sign as column.
• CSC has added two new folders with the eMinute Books feature within RecordsCenter. State Forms and Miscellaneous Documents have been added to provide you with better document segregation for on-line Minute Books.
• Our Order Results Applications (Charts by Service and Charts by Entity) have been enhanced in this release too. We've now added the ability for our clients to view, print (PDF) and email their Change of Agent orders!
• Our Order Status Alert Emails which provides notification of a status change for your CSC orders has been enhanced.
  • Now, if any of your CSC orders have been completed (i.e., Documents Filed, Search Completed, etc), your Order Status Alert Emails will provide a link directly to the Result page in Charts By Service. You’ll need to perform a one-time authentication process by entering your IncSpot login prior to viewing the results. The Result page will contain up to 3 days worth of completed orders including the one(s) contained in the current Alert Email. This will allow you to view and print a copy of the report(s) with just a few clicks of your mouse!
  • We’ve also added the capability for others to be copied on the Order Status Alert emails. Just ask your Customer Service Representative to add the desired email address(s) to the Alert. So now if others need to see your order status alerts, they can receive them automatically.

January 15, 2006 IncSpot Enhancements

Based on direct feedback from you, our valued customers we've added enhancements to several IncSpot applications that will make your experience with IncSpot more productive:

• We've added a Quick Access menu that will provide you with direct access to the most used IncSpot applications. Just click on the 'I Need To...' dropdown and select any of the actions listed for immediate access!

• We've added our 'Statutory Updates' information within IncSpot so that you don't have to log out of IncSpot to access it. It's located under our Forms & Databases section under Links & Resources.
• CSC's Online Ordering application (Place New Orders) now provides easy to follow instructions at the top on each page to assist you with completing your orders.
• The My Preferences feature will now prompt you to select a new CSC Customer Service Representative if your current representative is no longer available when you're placing a new order.
• Our Order Status Alert email that provides notification of a status change for your CSC orders has been enhanced. Now, if any of your CSC orders have been completed (i.e., Documents Filed, Search Completed, etc), your Order Status Alert email will provide a link directly to the CSC Report for that order. This will allow you to view and print a copy of the report with just a few clicks of your mouse! This will be available by January 31, 2006!

UCCXpress Enhancements:

Implementation Date: January 17, 2006

• A field for Record Owner Name and Address has been added to the FileWatch Quick Order page. This will enable the user to enter this information directly from FileWatch.
• Collateral text will now save and print with hard returns entered by users. In the past users were not be able to include hard returns in their collateral descriptions and therefore the format of the collateral was often inconsistent. By allowing users to include hard returns, they will be able to have accurate formatting of their collateral descriptions.
• UCCXpress will now translate the 10-digit date entered in the application to the 8-digit date required by Delaware for UCC electronic filing. Delaware UCC electronic filing will not accept a 10-digit date, so making this translation to 8 digits is necessary to avoid a submission problem.
• The Show Data section of the Manage Projects page will have its "open/close" option become sticky. For example, when a user adjusts this section of their interface to be expanded, it will remain expanded the next time they login. This provides the user will their preferred view.
• The default option when adding a new name on the Forms Express names page will become "Both" rather than "Transaction only". This will add the new name to both the File Cabinet and the specific transaction they are working on.
• The debtor name will be printed in box 8 for Guam and Puerto Rico forms.

October 17, 2005 IncSpot Enhancements

Based on direct feedback from you, our valued customers we've added enhancements to several IncSpot applications that will make your experience with IncSpot more productive:

1. CSC is now providing Order Status Alerts. This NEW, complimentary service will provide proactive order status information, letting you know when the status of your current orders change.

Here's how it works: Three times each day (at 11AM, 4PM and 7PM Eastern Time), our system will check the status of the orders you have placed with CSC. If the status of any of your orders has changed since the last time it was checked, an Order Status Alert will be sent to you with updated information about those orders. We include only the most critical information you need in the Order Status Alerts, including:

A) the current status of your changing orders
B) the estimated date of delivery for your evidence

Now, with Order Status Alerts, there's no need to worry about the status of your orders. As always, if you'd like to view all your CSC orders, visit the Order Results section of IncSpot.

2. We've added the ability for you to email, print and fax multiple Procedural Summaries at one time. Our Procedural Summaries feature is located within IncSpot under our Forms & Databases section and provides jurisdiction specific filing processes for common filing types.

3. If you're a RecordsCenter Administrator and/or an IncSpot Administrator for your organization, we've changed the default page (first page that appears after accessing feature) to list Active Users Only instead of an alphabetical listing of users.

4. Within CSC's Create a Qualification Project application, we've updated the state specific Qualification Outline data. Now this data is consistent with the qualification information that appears within our Procedural Summaries feature.

5. You'll now have the ability to search for CSC invoices by Entity/Subject Name within our Invoice History feature. This feature is located within IncSpot under our My Account section.

UCCXpress Enhancements:

The enhancements to UCCXpress this quarter include:

• Additional age buckets for Dashboard summary counts to improve page load times and get you to your data quicker
• Remove the signature drop down because one can sign the National Forms in Box 10 if a jurisdiction outside of the US requires a signature.
• You can now select ANY type of amendment when using the Quick Order functionality in FileWatch
• You can now select an international jurisdiction of organization for entities
• You can now edit names in both the file cabinet and the transaction when building/viewing a filing in UCCXpress
• The ability to provide periodic billing information through our XML billing interface

RecordsCenter Enhancements:

1. Quick Change Option (entity level) - this allows you to
make fast global changes to all Officer/Directors dates at the
entity level.

2. Notepad Identification - now if you have entered notes
in any of the notepad sections of RecordsCenter, the notes
icon will be checked.

July 25, 2005 IncSpot Enhancements

Based on direct feedback from you, our valued customers, we've added enhancements to several IncSpot applications that will make your experience with IncSpot more productive:

1. CSC has launched a NEW division called CSC Legal and Financial Services. The combined resources of Corporation Service Company and its affiliates, CSC Entity Services and The Capital Trust Company of Delaware, have been brought together to form "CSC Legal and Financial Services". This division of CSC is dedicated to providing a suite of specialized services designed to facilitate mergers and acquisitions, securitization and other structured finance transactions, real estate transactions, tax planning strategies and other matters that require corporate trust, entity management or other specialized services. Each of these services are provided with the independence, expertise and dedication to excellence that our customers have come to expect from us.

Before logging in, click on Products & Services and select Independent Director Services, Trust & Escrow Agency Services, or Passive Investment Company Services to learn more.

2. You now have the ability to "Delete" stored Mailing Addresses within the Delivery Instructions in our Online Ordering system (Place New Orders). This will allow you to maintain your additional mailing addresses and keep them current.

3. We know that email delivery is a very popular delivery option so we've added the ability to "Email" your Order Results directly from IncSpot. Whether you're using Charts by Service or Charts by Entity, you'll be able to quickly and easily email your CSC Order Results! Simply get your results and click on the email button at the top of the chart which you'd like to email.

4. Our 'Invoice History' feature within My Account now allows you to 'Select and Print' more then one invoice at a time! As an added bonus, we now provide the ability to "Download" your Invoice History details into Excel too.

5. CSC understands your time is precious, so in order to learn more about IncSpot at your convenience, or if you have a particular question, we've posted an IncSpot User Guide for you. After you login to IncSpot, the User Guide is in the upper right hand corner of the page - you can view, print and save the User Guide.

6. CSC's suite of Registered Agent Services, RecordsCenter, now has a User Guide to assist you in maintaining your company information at your own pace. Learn about all the great RecordsCenter features or get answers to your questions.

UCCXpress Enhancements:

1. A new UCCXpress home page has been created to provide you with a "dashboard" view of your work status along with direct links to other parts of the system to navigate quickly and easily. For example:

• Quickly check the number of filings that have been completed, rejected, or have incomplete data.
• Use the Quick Search to find a specific filing or Quick Links to start a new filing with just one click.

2. California can now accept attachments when electronically filing up to 1 MB in size including the UCC data. CSC works closely with each state to ensure proper testing and monitoring is done for 100% accuracy with our E-filing service.

3. When performing a Quick Order for a UCC-3, you now have the ability to attach a collateral description or a real property description.

4. New navigation links have been added to UCCXpress to enable you to quickly access your order results, your invoice history and the Revised Article 9 Library. These can be seen in the left navigation area under the main UCCXpress link.

UCCXpress Enhancements:

1.We have launched XML electronic filing interfaces for New Hampshire & Pennsylvania. For these two states you will now receive the quick return of the acknowledgments that you have grown accustomed to when using our Electronic-filing interface.

2. You can now Manage your Master Projects in multiple ways. The first enhancement allows you to make Master Projects Inactive. By moving Master Projects to the Inactive view you will remove them from your default portfolio view. This will allow you to focus on the most recent projects that you have worked on an increase your ability to manage your portfolio. If you want to work on an archived project you can. The ability to make a project inactive only acts as a sorting function for viewing your portfolio.

• We have also provided you with the ability to search for Master Projects using a custom date range. The functionality further enhances your ability to manage your portfolio.
• Finally we have provided you with the ability to select the number of Master Projects that you would like to see on a page when you conduct a query of your portfolio. If you want to see 10 per page or 100 the choice is yours. You will see the number of pages that your query returns on the bottom of the page and can set the default in a manner that works for you.

3. You can Attach Collateral Descriptions to filings - Word and PDF formats - You can now include attachments when using UCCXpress to generate UCC Financing Statements. We are able to accept Adobe Acrobat or Microsoft Word attachments with a maximum size of one megabyte per attachment. If you choose to, you can attach multiple documents to your Financing Statements.

4. User Interface Enhancements - We have made several fields within the UCCXpress Forms Express application "sticky" - You can now set YOUR defaults for Customer Service Representative, Secured Party, Collateral Description, Matter Number, Reference, FileWatch Filing on Behalf of or special instructions. By setting these defaults, you can significantly reduce the number of keystrokes and clicks needed when entering a new filing.

5. Edit your Project IDs and Matter Numbers - You can now edit the Project ID and Matter Number fields for existing filings. This allows you to update your FileWatch portfolio to ensure that YOUR reference fields reflect the changes in YOUR business. We will also allow you to clear the last action column in FileWatch when needed.

6. You can now View the complete history of your UCC-1 while accessing a UCC-3 in FileWatch

A link to Corporate Name Verification has been added to the Quick Order Continuation process. Now you will be able to conduct searches for Corporate Information quickly and easily and when you need it most!

Introducing TaxCenter

CSC has launched a brand new content area within RecordsCenter called TaxCenter. This area focuses on Tax Compliance and provides content and tools to help both the Tax Manager and Compliance Manager practice good Tax Compliance. To bring you the TaxCenter, CSC has teamed up with the leader in the Tax Compliance industry, Vertex Inc., who has been providing world-class tax solutions for more than 40 years. Visit the TaxCenter by clicking on RecordsCenter then follow the TaxCenter navigation on the left side of your screen. Here is what you'll find in the TaxCenter:

1. Tax Intelligence - This information was formally known as Tax Calendars and Tax Notices. For the TaxCenter, we have combined and greatly enhanced this information to include 7 different tax types in all 50 states.

2. Tax Forms - This area provides a robust list of tax forms including income and franchise tax forms in all 50 states. These forms are sorted by jurisdiction and can easily be printed, emailed or faxed.

3. The CSC/Vertex Alliance - Here you can read about the powerful alliance formed to bring you the TaxCenter. This alliance is aimed at bridging the gap between corporate compliance and tax compliance, by integrating CSC's entity management capability with the industry leading Vertex tax compliance solutions.

Vertex Tax Compliance Solutions - This area showcases Vertex's industry leading content, reference tools and software solutions including:

• A comprehensive directory of state and county tax links
• The Tax "Cybrary" which provides tax related legislative updates by state and industry

IncSpot Online Ordering Enhancements:

Based on direct feedback from you, our valued customers we've added several enhancements to make your online ordering easier than ever:

• We've expanded the Matter Number field from 20 to 30 characters so you can now use more robust matter number formats.
• Finding our Agent Addresses is easier than ever with new links added in both RecordsCenter and the Forms Library.
• You can now check the new "Select All" option in Online Ordering and Orders Not Submitted to submitting all orders at once.
• When placing an online order, you can complete and submit your order without choosing a specific CSR. Simply select the new "No Preference" option in online ordering within Ordering Preferences or on a specific order. This option appears in the drop down box in the Preferred Customer Service Representative field.
• We know that Email delivery is a very popular option for the delivery of documents in a timely and convenience way. You can now choose this "email" document delivery method as your default delivery option or on any specific order that involves documents delivery.

IncSpot Content Enhancements:

There are two new content areas in IncSpot that provide useful information about our exclusive Directors' Handbook and Doing Business in Delaware. Directors' Handbook - The Directors' Handbook is the definitive guide for today's directors tackling the tough issues of corporate governance. The new Directors' Handbook web page provides useful information about the 2005 edition of the book - recently released (and available with an interactive companion CD for $49.95). The page provides a brief overview of the book and includes the following links:

November 15, 2004 IncSpot Enhancements

Introducing UCCXpress and Motor Vehicle Services!

In June of 2003, CSC acquired Lexis Document Solutions, a leader in the areas of Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and Motor Vehicle services. Since that time, we have been work on integrating all of Lexis Document Solutions’ tools and services into IncSpot. Because these great tools and services are new to IncSpot and do not affect any of the existing functionality, we have created a new navigation area called “Workflow Solutions” which you will see on the left side of your screen after you login. The new IncSpot features, UCCXpress and Motor Vehicle Services are located within this new area. To learn more about these new CSC offerings, please click the links below:

In addition to these new Workflow Solutions, another major benefit of this integration for IncSpot users is the addition of Online Searching within the UCC File Prep area. This Online Search capability enables you to conduct the following searches within third party databases:

Existing UCCXpress users will notice some new enhancements to the UCCXpress web application. UCCXpress Enhancements

1. Jurisdictional Information now displays the state filing information based on the type of filing selected.

2. Online Searching allows you to select the number of records to return for each search performed. The results list will also display the name and state searched along with the load date. On the UCC Preliminary search results page, we’ve expanded the columns so data can not only be resorted by date and filing type, but now gives you the ability to resort the data by secured party as well.

3. In the Forms Express area you will notice a few changes; however the majority of the functionality remains the same. We've changed the naming convention as follows:

• New Project is now called Master Project
• New Folder is now called Project ID. When submitting your filings, this field becomes a searchable field in a number of different areas of UCCXpress and IncSpot - UCC Order Results, FileWatch, Invoice History - to name a few.
• New Transaction is now called New Filing.

All the functionality of the above items remains exactly the same - the name is the only thing that has changed.

We've added a new feature that will enable you to resort your Master Project not only by date but alphabetically as well.

When creating a new Master Project, you now have the freedom to choose any of our certified Customer Service Representatives to work with.

When preparing a new filing, you now have a new "Billing Details" area. This area contains 2 additional reference fields and a "FileWatch Filing on Behalf Of" filed which can be used to let your Customer Service Representative know that this filing is being prepared for your client or a different division or location of your organization. This will also ensure that this filing is entered into the correct FileWatch database eliminating additional steps you needed to take in the past.

4. The Forms Library has a new look. Select one or more states then select one or more forms. UCCXpress will generate blank forms in a pdf format, which can then be e-mailed or faxed directly from the Forms Library.

5. Our new enhanced FileWatch area allows you to:

• Prepare UCC 3's directly from FileWatch. When choosing this method, the original filing information - debtor, secured party, collateral, file number, file date, etc. - will automatically populate the new filing for you. The new filings can be added to an existing Master Project or you have the option to create these filings in a new Master Project. Once the filing has been completed, you have the option to print, submit to CSC or e-file directly to the jurisdiction.
• Search the FileWatch database any one of 13 fields including the ability to search by file number and perform a custom date range search.
• FileWatch results allow you to view specific filing information - original file number, file date, book & page and any new filing information directly from the results page.
• Resort FileWatch results by clicking the column header.
• The FileWatch details page now displays the original collateral information.
• Quick File allows you to select one or more filings, choose the action - continue, amend, assign, etc. - the click Quick File. This will send all the data to your FileWatch team at CSC and we will prepare the new UCC filings for you.

6. Transaction Inquiry - Order/Status History remains the same. All orders submitted to CSC prior to November 15, 2004 will be referenced in this area. Status on these orders will be available for viewing for 180 days. Any orders submitted after November 15, 2004, will be viewed in the UCC Order Results area.

7. UCC Order Results will give you the ability to view status on any of the orders you submit to CSC. The UCC Order Results area allows you to search by Matter Number, Project ID, Order Number, Service Type and Date. All results return can be printed or exported into Excel or Word. All data returned in this area is "real time" meaning that the status you view is current and up-to-date.

8. The Invoice History area under My Account will enable you to view all invoices online then fax or e-mail copies of those invoices directly from IncSpot. The Invoice History area will also allow you to download all invoices for a specific project.

9. CSC has added a new UCC Reports area. In this reports area, you can access your FileWatch Expiration reports as well as all UCC Activity reports. These reports can be generated when you need them. An e-mail notification will be sent also be sent to advise you of new pending expirations in your FileWatch database. Customized reports are available upon request at extra charge.

February 23, 2004 IncSpot Enhancements

SOP History - We have added a few features to SOP History to help you better manage your litigation.

Search Page:

• Date Range: We have set the default date range to the past three months to save you time and expedite your search. To change the date range, simply click on the calendar icons to select the beginning and ending dates you desire.
• Additional Search Criteria: We added the ability to search on Jurisdiction Filed and First Named Defendant. Coming soon, we will have the ability to search on Nature of Case.

Search Results:

• Sortable Columns - You can now sort your SOP data by any column heading - date served, nature of case, case number - to easily aggregate the data you need to see. Interested in viewing prior service in the same case? Sort by case number. Suspect that a plaintiff sued you in the past? Sort by plaintiff name.
• Search Results Criteria- Forgot your search parameters? Don't worry! When we return your search results, we list your search criteria at the top of the page.
• Counter - Need to know how often you were served last quarter? We total it for you and present it upfront on your search results so you don't have to count.
• One Page - We now present your search results in one scrollable and sortable page - no more back and forth between pages trying to find a transmittal.
• Revised Column Order - To cut down on your need to scroll across the page, we have located more of your critical data to the left, close to your acknowledgement checkbox and the transmittal number. We also added a few columns, such as Jurisdiction Filed.
• Tiered Searching - If your search results in greater than 5000 SOP transmittals, we return the first 5000 and ask whether you want the rest - all it takes is a simple click on "Display All" to display all the search results.
• Transmittal Number - Click on the transmittal number to get to all the details on your Service of Process, as well as and Fed-Ex Tracking information.
• Download to Excel - we've made it easier to use - when you click on it, the data will pop up in Excel format. Please note that is you may need to adjust your settings to see your Excel toolbars (instructions below).
• Full details on each SOP - For clients who receive bulk service of identical pleadings filed on behalf of different plaintiffs ("riders"), we now display each as a separate search result and display the details of each matter.
• New Labels - "State Served" is now "Jurisdiction Served".

Download to Excel - If Excel launches in a browser window without toolbars, please change settings as follows (Windows 2000):

• Access Windows Explorer by right clicking the "Start" icon on your Windows toolbar (bottom left)
• Select 'Tools -> Folder Options'
• Click on the 'File Types' tab
• Select 'XLS Microsoft Excel Worksheet' from the list of Registered file types (near the bottom in alphabetic order)
• Click on the 'Advanced' button and verify under "Details for 'XLS' extension" that Microsoft Excel is the application the will be opened with the file. If not, click on 'Change' and select Microsoft Excel from the list of programs and click on 'OK'.
• In the 'Edit File Type' window, unselect the 'Browse in same window' checkbox
• Click 'OK' and 'Close' in the Folder Options window
• Access SOP History and click 'Download to Excel'

May 1, 2003 IncSpot Enhancements

1. Downloading Order Results - CSC has added the ability for you to download your Order results information directly from IncSpot. This new feature will allow you to quickly download order results from IncSpot into an Excel or Word document for easy data manipulation and transfer to your other business systems.

Important Note: This download feature works only with Windows 2000 versions of Excel (Excel 2000) and Word (Word 2000). Windows XP versions are coming soon.

2. RecordsCenter - We have added several enhancements to RecordsCenter:

A. Report Queuing System - Within the RecordsCenter Report function, we've added a Queue System for report generation. Rather than processing lengthy reports on-line, you will be prompted that reports exceeding 25 pages in length will be processed off-line and will be available for pick up when ready. Approximately 10 minutes after the report is requested, an email will prompt you that the report is available. This enhancement will allow you to continue work in RecordsCenter while your reports are being processed.

B. Customizable Officer/Director Titles - RecordsCenter clients will now have the ability to create customized Officer and Director titles. These customized titles would then be available in addition to the standard titles within the Officer/Director title pick list.

C. Domain Name Reports - Within the RecordsCenter Report function, clients will now have the ability to create Domain Name reports which provide a listing of all domains within the RecordsCenter system.

April 7, 2003 IncSpot Enhancements

1. What's New on IncSpot- In order to provide timely notification of any enhancements made to IncSpot, we've created a 'What's New on IncSpot' feature. This feature will provide you with a description of the enhancements made within IncSpot and how you'll be more productive as a result of these changes. In addition, within the What's New page you will find access to the IncSpot Quick Reference Guides. These guides will help you navigate IncSpot to find the tools and services you need quickly and easily.

2. SOP Acknowledgement Link - As a CSC Registered Agent client, you will now have a link to your SOP Acknowledgments directly from the IncSpot interior home page. This simple, practical and totally electronic feature will provide immediate access to your Unacknowledged SOP with just one click of your mouse. Please note that this link will only be visible to those IncSpot users who have online SOP acknowledgement access. If you do not have this capability and would like to acknowledge SOP online, please contact your system administrator or let us know.

3. International Information - We've added several new Internationally focused enhancements to IncSpot. These include, an International Resources list, an Overview of International Jurisdictions Serviced by CSC, and an International Glossary of Terms. Along with the current International information available on IncSpot, these new enhancements will make solving your International business needs even more efficient and productive.

4. Purchasing Publications via Credit Card - We've added the ability for you to purchase our Publications online using a credit card. This secure credit card purchasing and authentification feature allows you to quickly and easily purchase any CSC Publication directly from IncSpot using a major credit card.

5. Courtroom Information Project - Within our Litigation Management area, we've provided you with a link to Courtroom Information Project (CIP) website. CSC has partnered with CIP who is committed to providing courtroom participants with the visual and technological information they need in preparing for trial in any participating courtroom in the U.S.

6. RecordsCenter - Within the Officers and Directors function, we have included a "Last Elected Date" for all officers and directors. This is an optional but frequently requested field and the data will be displayed online for all Officer/Director reports as well as the Comprehensive Company Report.
