Corporation Service Company's (CSC) UCC Filing Wizard will be removed from service on April 22, 2002. With the nation-wide adoption complete, all states have now implemented their version of Revised Article 9. The UCC transitional questions that presented themselves upon introduction of the new legislation have now been replaced with on-going transactional questions. As these questions have changed, CSC's focus has also shifted to most effectively assist our customers.

This shift has lead to the continued development of UCC Filing Preparation as our premier Revised Article 9 Filing Preparation System, and the decision to remove the UCC Filing Wizard from service on April 22, 2002. All Revised Article 9 inquiries can be directed to the robust suite of tools on our website, www.incspot.com. These resources include UCC Filing Preparation as well as the Revised Article 9 Library which features key RA 9 information such as Carl Ernst's Revised Article 9 Alert. These tools will enable CSC to continue to provide you with the best information on new issues facing our customers with the implementation of Revised Article 9.
