Effective August 7, 2002, the Secretary of the Commonwealth, Corporations Division, will be increasing its filing and document fees as follows:
- Articles of Organization - $275.00 minimum (Stock authorized for the minimum fee: 275,000 no par value shares or up to 275,000 shares with a par value of $1.00 or less)
- Foreign Corporation Certificate - $400.00 minimum
- Domestic and Foreign Corporation Annual Reports - $125.00
- Plain Copies of Documents - $.30 per page
