How do we protect your information?

Because the security of your personal information and company data is one of our highest priorities, all of IncSpot's security procedures meet or exceed industry standards and conform with industry defined best practices.

Our security practices begin with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, where we automatically encrypt your sensitive information and data in transit from your computer to our systems. Once your information reaches us, it resides on servers that are protected by firewalls and are configured for maximum security. All of our systems are monitored continuously to ensure maximum up-time, and data backups are performed on a regular basis to guard against data loss. Finally, all of our computer systems are built with full failover and redundancy strategies.

In addition to our system wide security features, there are several applications within IncSpot which provide optional higher levels of security. Within these applications, this optional higher level of security enables clients to control or restrict data access with respect to individuals within their own organizations.

How can you help to protect your information?

To ensure the security of your information, take precautions to safeguard your user i.d. and password. If you believe that your user i.d. and password have been compromised, contact us immediately.

Consider using a firewall to prevent unauthorized access to your network or personal computer, especially if you are using a DSL or Cable Modem to access the Internet.

Finally, after you have finished using IncSpot, log out and close your browser to erase information that may have been stored on your computer during the session.
