Our Privacy Statement explains how we handle and protect our customers' personal and company data, how we gather this data, and how we manage this data to serve you.

We collect the following types of information from the users of IncSpot® and the applications contained within IncSpot.

 

Information provided by the user
We request the following information from users of IncSpot and applications contained within IncSpot through registration forms: first name, last name, company name, title, address, city, state, zip, telephone, e-mail address, preferred method of contact (e-mail, phone, postal), account number, service and product interest information, and intended use of services or products by user. In addition, users of IncSpot may upload or store additional company-related information within the applications contained on IncSpot.

Log Files
We also periodically collect log files from our server, including the IP addresses or domain names of those who visit IncSpot and the applications within IncSpot.

Cookies
We use session variables within cookies to remember people and information as logged into the site. Session variables expire after a pre-determined amount of time. Information is only collected for that specific time and is not stored for future use. In addition, we use cookies to pass user authentication information between IncSpot and applications within IncSpot.

Log files

Safeguard Passwords

  Your password will be reset and will be e-mailed to you at the e-mail address maintained on record.

 

Close Your Browser When Finished
After you have finished your session with IncSpot, close your browser to erase information that may have been stored on your computer during your session. Any information you entered during your session may be temporarily stored in the memory storage area of your computer until you close the browser. Logging off and closing your browser will clear this temporary storage area from your computer.

 

Use of a Firewall
Consider using a firewall to help prevent unauthorized access to your network or personal computer, especially if you are using a DSL or Cable Modem to access the Internet.
