    Data is automatically pre-filled from prior pleadings in a case rather than re-entered by a processor thus reducing error.

  • Custom Delivery
    CSC sends all service of process via overnight carrier for next day delivery, and at your request, a summary of the process can be sent to a third party. Different types of legal matter can be directed to different contacts. You may also take advantage of our Imaged SOPSM service, a digitized service managed directly through our Electronic Litigation & Matter Management Service.

  • Bundled Calls and Packages
    Clients can receive one call from one Customer Service Representative about their daily SOP. Clients can also request that their SOP each be bundled into one package.

  • Docket History
    CSC can list all prior pleadings on your SOP transmittal form.

  • SOP History
    SOP History on IncSpot® stores your transmittal summaries from your prior SOP. It features an easy download option, search capabilities and sorting features so pleadings can be grouped by service type, date, entity, contact, or other details.

  • Watch Service
    CSC can “watch” for particular pleadings for clients, and when they appear we will notify the appropriate contact.

  • Bar Code Technology
    Tracks each SOP and automatically feeds scanned documents into LMS and links them to data entered for that transmittal.

  • CourtLink®
    You can receive alerts of newly filed court cases before the actual legal documents are served. You can even track specific cases nationwide, getting valuable information when you need it most.
