Collateral Agent Services

Corporation Service Company (CSC) provides an outsourcing solution for the housing and document management of your vehicle title portfolio. Our collateral agent service includes title security, inventory control, record maintenance and reporting, plus efficient release and/or transfer of title.

• Title Security
  All vehicle titles are maintained in locked fireproof file cabinets within a secure environment (vault).
• Inventory Control
  Titles will be filed and indexed using unique identifiers as provided by each customer to fit their needs.
  
• Record Maintenance
  An inventory list is maintained with all pertinent information on each vehicle. The inventory is updated to reflect all title activity. A complete title history is kept that will include any releases, state transfers, etc.
  
• Reporting
  A report of customer’s inventory including title activity history as outlined above will be provided on a monthly basis or according to customer needs. In addition to this report, other custom reports are available.
  
• Release of Title or Transfer
  CSC will release titles as authorized by customer via facsimile, email or other agreed upon method. Turnaround time will be determined based on customer needs. CSC will 1) forward title and any accompanying documentation to party specified or 2) begin processing procedure for requested change (such as owner/lien holder name, state transfer, etc) using our title and registration services.
