Business Units where Employment Opportunities may exist

  • Customer Service:
    Customer Service team members are involved in the process of understanding our clients' needs, and the subsequent error-free fulfillment of those needs. Through experience, knowledge and training, operations team members work with clients to understand client "events" taking place. Through exceptional customer service and knowledge, they ensure the retention of clients and contribute to the continued growth of CSC. Operational opportunities that may exist in CSC locations across the United States include:Albany (NY), Austin (TX), Boston (MA), Denver (CO), Harrisburg (PA), New York (NY), Sacramento (CA), Seattle (WA), Springfield (IL), Tallahassee (FL), Trenton (NJ), and Wilmington (DE). We also have locations outside the U.S. in Yarmouth (NS-Canada) and the U.K. Operational business units make up most of CSC's team member population and are where most of our employment opportunities lie.

  • Finance/Accounting:
    Based at our corporate headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware, this Finance business unit of CSC includes Financial Accounting, Credit & Collections, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Records, Representation Recovery, and Ad Hoc. The role of our team members in accounting is to ensure the integrity of our financial statements and CSC's financial position, while providing superior customer service to our co-workers. The accounting team also serves as a valuable resource for decision making by supplying useful financial analysis and information to co-workers. Our Credit & Collections, Records, Representation Recovery, and Ad Hoc groups are responsible for preserving and strengthening relationships by helping our customers solve problems with payments, data management, and understanding CSC's products and services.

  • Information Technology:
    Based in our Wilmington DE headquarters, the mission of our IT team members is "To partner with our CSC colleagues to support and drive the CSC strategic business plan through the innovative and timely implementation of world-class business and information technology."

  • Sales:
    The CSC sales organization employs professionals nationwide who are responsible for contacting prospective and existing corporate law firms. The sales organization includes a strategically located national outbound team as well as an internal sales group centrally located in our Wilmington headquarters. Sales team members are responsible for selling all CSC services and products in their assigned markets.

  • Legal:
    Based at our corporate headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware, the members of the legal team manage and in part generate the flow of information that drives our systems and services. Through the Regional Counsel and the efforts of the Correspondent Network Administrators, we continually gather legal and administrative information on a jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction basis to ensure that our filing and retrieval services are properly handled. We also actively participate in the development of new products and services for the legal market. In addition to these functions, we handle the risk management issues typically faced by businesses, such as reviewing, editing, and approving contracts and trademark applications; assisting in contract negotiations; monitoring insurance issues and real estate leasing issues; responding to subpoenas and other discovery requests; resolving ad hoc disputes, including litigation; handling general legal questions from the field; reviewing manuals used in-house and literature circulated outside the company; providing information and training on the variety of issues with legal implications that we encounter in our business; and rendering advice with respect to company-wide policies.

  • Human Resources:
    Based at our corporate headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware, HR team members strive to support CSC's strategic goals as they relate to all aspects of our most important asset, people. The HR team's responsibilities include recruiting, team member development, workgroup development, benefits, team member programs, team member relations, and online services.
