Qualifications We prepare and file the documents necessary to qualify or register an entity to conduct business in states other than its registered jurisdiction. Qualification services include obtaining and filing the supporting documents from the domestic state, checking the name for availability, and recording and publishing when necessary.

Withdrawals and Dissolutions We prepare and file forms that voluntarily withdraw a corporation from a state or dissolve a corporation, including the request for tax clearance where necessary.

Amendments We prepare and file the certificates used to alter articles in an entity's formation document.

Legalizations & Authentications CSC provides services to arrange for legalization of documents to be used outside the U.S. including state issued documents (e.g. good standing certificates, certified copies, etc.) and commercial documents (e.g. powers of attorney, affidavits, etc.). Legalization involves a chain of authentication in the state of origin, the U.S. Department of State in Washington, DC, and an embassy or consulate of the foreign country where the document will be used.
