As a premier registered agent, CSC is leading the industry in providing electronic, same-day Service of Process (SOP) through our nationwide scanning network and SAS70-certified SOP processing systems. If you have a third-party or custom matter management software application, CSC can seamlessly integrate your SOP and relevant matter data and documents directly into your system with a standard XML schema. Our CSC XML Stream^sm service enables you to leverage your existing technology by facilitating the secure transfer of data and electronic documents from the CSC platform into your current matter management system.

Upon delivery of your data, we uniquely identify the transmission via time and date stamp, thus facilitating auditing and recovery of each transmission file. This service is very flexible, making available real-time updates for client-scheduled transfers of SOP and litigation data, including your custom SOP data and PDF document files.
